How long does it take to get my mouthpiece order?
Edited

We all want to know when we're going to get our new Pickett mouthpiece or Blackburn instrument, so we understand!

When you place an order on our website, you should see labels next to each item you purchased.  These state:

  • [in stock]

    • This means we have your item in stock and will aim to ship it the same day or the next day.

    • We typically stock most non-custom items in silver, with lead-times of only a day or two.

  • [to be made]

    • This means we need to manufacture your item and your shipping time will need to be scheduled.

    • Usually our [to be made] mouthpieces ship with leadtimes of 4-6 weeks.

    • Most acrylic options as well as any gold plated items will be to be made.

Also, custom replication or custom mouthpieces would be [to be made] and may up to 8 weeks to design and manufacture.
