How do you work with custom design orders?

Quite a bit of our work consists of designing one of a kind custom mouthpieces for players. These can be combinations of other one of a kind models or even a completely new design combination.
Once your custom mouthpiece order is placed, production does not begin until payment is submitted. This covers costs of custom design and production and ensures your custom mouthpiece will ship as soon as it's finished.
