It's hard to wait for perfect mouthpiece after you place your order!

But anytime you'd like, you can log into our website with your account and check on the realtime status of your order.

We are working on also publishing the estimate ship date, so look for that soon.

Order statuses are:

  • Order placed: Your order has JUST been placed and is waiting to be moved forward.

  • Order received: Your order was reviewed and may require additional details before we can start.

  • Order picking: Some or all of your order is being pulled from existing inventory.

  • Order awaiting production: Some items in your order need to be designed and manufactured.

  • Order in design: Your items are currently being designed and are getting ready to be made.

  • Order in manufacturing: Your order is actually be made!

  • Order in pre-finishing: Your items have been made and are being checked for correct dimensions and surface finishes.

  • Order in buffing/finishing: Your order is being finished and buffed to a great shine.

  • Order in cleaning: Everything gets cleaned and degreased before being shipped to your or for plating.

  • Ready to ship to plating: Parts are completely finished, buffed, and cleaned and are ready for plating.

  • Order at plating: All products are sent out for silver and gold plating, so your order is currently out for plating.

  • Plating quality check: Your order is now back from plating and is being inspected to ensure it's exactly as desired.

  • Ready to ship to customer: We have an order that is ready to be shipped to you!

  • Order shipped: Your order has been shipped, and you can see the tracking information on the website.
